One time me and my friend Chad were sitting at my house watching TV. We were watching the news because we were bored....we saw something on it about someone in the becham area of our state ..(where we are) it was something about a killer that went to peoples houses and said he was selling vacuums...well about an hour later the doorbell rang and a black van was parked in front of my house... i answered the door,my friend behind me and the man asked if my parents were home. i said no... as stupid as i am...i slammed the door and locked it...a locked all of the doors and tried to get the windows and went into my room and locked the door..we could still hear someone trying to get in and some glass breaking...we still havent fixed the broken window in my living room...only half of it was broken so it doesnt leak...and i couldve swore he had a knife....

City: Evansville

Well, I was in the kitchen eating, and all the sudden it sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard. I looked in the living room and there was a figure standing outside my window... I didn't dare go out there so I ran and shut the blinds really quick... the phone rang and no one answered. so I ran up to my room but my bedroom door was locked. I didn't even think about trying to open it. SO I ran downstairs and grabbed the phone called my mom and dad from there date and told them to come home quick... Then when they got there they couldn't open the door from the outside and I couldn't open it either... I called 911 and they quickly came and secured the aria. I never let my parents go out without bringing me along because I thought it would happen again...

City: NY

I was at my friends sleepover party, a while back. She had a lot of girls over and we were all in an open room, all windows. I was nearest to the door. We all decided to scare each other a bit by telling each other stories. We were freaking each other out with our creepy stories. Since it was raining out...that didn't help much. :( But suddenly a huge flash of lightening struck a power line outside. We were all screaming, it was actually a little funny. :) I looked out the door (which was like a long window) and seen this tall black figure. I looked over at my friend and she seen it aswell. We soon started huddeling together in fear. The other girls noticed and asked what was wrong, as I pointed outside another flash and we seen the figure again. Another load shreak from the room. We were all huddled in the middle of the room. Seconds later her mom came running into the room asking what was going on. We told her everything and she walked towards the door, flicked on the porch light and seen nothing, no one, nada. I was so confused. I could have sworn I seen someone standing...just staring in. Everyone agreed. But we never found out who or even what it was. I still feel as though there is someone...someone watching...

There was this guy, nameed Pully. He lived like 2 houses down from me. He stalked me and my family. We went to court about him a few times. Now he's in a mental institution.Thank god.

City: Dodge City

My friend and i were home alone and it was around 2:00 in the morning and we were still up watching a scary movie, when we started to hear creeky noises coming from upstairs. Since we were downstairs, we had no weapons, so we took a playstation controler and went upstairs. The first place we went to was the living room and it was pitch black. We saw something move across the room and something shiny with it hit the street light from outside. My friend ran over and turned the lights on and the man went running out the front door and took off down the street. After that we went back downstairs and turned all the lights on and called her parents, who were at a party for her moms work. Her mom said to wait right there, and they would be right home. They arrived and we called the cops but the cops said it was too late to try and find anyone or go looking because the man would be long gone by now. Still to this day, i sleep with my closet light on, and double check my locks on all my doors before i go to bed. it was the scariest night of my life!
