I never really knew my neighbors, but now I know why. I never played outside with the neighborhood kids at my old house. I whined and whined, "Maaa, I'm bored, and there are so many kids playing outside." But she still never let me go outside. One night, cop cars were parked outside our house. I looked out the window, and I saw my neighbor in the one of the cars. He look straight at me in the eye, and I suddenly just dropped down to the floor as a reaction. It was a freaky look, very taunting. He was in the newspaper the next morning. Apparently, my next-door neighbor has raped 2 female teens in his house and he was going to run off into my house, me probably being the next victim. But one of the teens called the neighboorhood security before he actually broke into my room. Now, I'm glad my mom never let me play with my neighbors. I guess that's one of the reason why moved!

This is a true story...unlike some of the fake ones read. One day my best friend and I were at my house by ourselves and it was raining extremely hard. It was raining so hard that the house was literally shaking. My mom is an AKA so this is one room in our house dedicated to frogs and AKA stuff. So we were talkin and all of a sudden the storm causes the lights turn off. So I lit some candles and I had a flashlight. So we were talkin and soon we heard this croaking coming from the AKA room we got so freaked out that we ran downstairs quickly. Soon the lights came back on and we worked up the courage to see what was making that croaking noise. After looking, shaking, and touching over 50 toy frogs, we finally found the one that was making the noise. The scary part is that we were the only ones in the house and for the frog to croak, someone or something had to push the button in the chest. Noone was found in the house though...

well one day it was dark and foggy outside.and my chore was to take out the garbage so i go outside and it was really foggy then i suddenly see this shadowy looking figure appearing from the fog it looked like a man with a axe so i just stared at the figure.but then a few seconds later the figure looked like it was raising its axe and coming toward me i ran back inside i looked out the window the figure was gone

Okay, so I live in a pretty suburban area. My street is really small and windy, but easy access to anyone who comes on it because its not private. This past summer, my little sister was swimming at midnight and I was with her. It was a little suspicious because my neighbors lights were still on and no one seemed to be there. We kept hearing sounds in the woods, but we thought nothing of it. I really had to go to the bathroom so I went inside to go pee, and then my sister SCREAMED and she came running inside. She was crying and had cuts all on her legs. She hasn't spoken since. The next day the police came and they arrested my neighbor Harry[Harold Schlemer]. They affected my family ever since, but Harry swore he was innocent. And I still hear noises in the middle of the night. I'm never going midnight swimming again.
