One day me and my brother were home alone at night in our 20 year old home and we were just watching t.v. when suddenly we heard a creeking scratching noise upstairs so we went to cheek it out.My brothers a sissy (hes 17 Rofl)and hes afraid of the dark and he sent me up first when i reached the top of the stairs i looked at the attic door and saw a black figure when the door opened and the figure went back inside when it closed when i saw this it scared the ( fill in your word)____________ outa me!!!! i ran down stairs and tripped ouch ]: and when my brother asked me what happened i told him to go up for him self but he didnt see anything :XXXXX

City: brooklyn

i was at my friends house and we were cleaning up getting ready to go out for the night and i turned out the lights in her basement and left. when we came back later on a light was on downstairs and i sware to this day i turned if off. so i took a screw driver that was on her table and she came down with me to see if someone was there. we figured there wasn't because the locks were locked and windows closed. but the creepy thing is... later on her dad came upstairs and asked us if we were in her garage because the lock was left partially open. we were so freaked!

City: Albequerque

The other day, I was at my neighbor's house with my family and some other friends of the neighbor. Our church buddies were there and decided that they wanted to play some dice and card games. But the bag was in their car parked across the street at me house. It was 9:oo and I don't like the dark, but who do they ask to get the bag, me. I'm walking and about 10 yards away, I hear footsteps, i thought it was an echo, so I keep on. I hear them again. Then i see a dark figure walking in the shadow opposing the street light. So i keep on but as I stop to see if it's me, he does, and when i go he does. So I'm almost to my house when he's about 6 yards away and i call my friend czuse i honestly thought i might die. My friend answers and tells his mom. So they told me to stay on the phone with them. I get the bag and he's just watching me. I took off full speed cause my cell died and now I'm really afraid of the dark, outside atleast.

City: Torrance

My room was right next to back yard. I also had a dog, so I could hear her barking and howling at night. One night, I went to bed at 10:00pm and i heard some noise outside. I thought it was hust the wind, but my dog started barking. It sounded like she was choking, so I opened the curtains a little bit and I saw this black figure moving. I freaked out and closed the curtains. I called my parents and told them something was outside. My parents called the neighbors and the neighbors and check the backyard with their german shephard. Their dog didn't come out for a few minutes so we thought something had happened. But it didn't find anything. After that night I don't like looking outside at night.

City: Abingdon

One Night on my 15th Birthday my friends and I were playing our normal birthday game. Then it was about 3:30am and we thought it was getting kind of late, so everyone started home. The Next thing we new a Car came flying around a corner. We Ran because we got scared, thought they we would get hit. We never knew that they were after Us. The next Thing we knew we were all running as fast as we could I could hear the Panic in everyones Breath. We ran in to my friends yard and they stopped. Right in front of the house, and stayed there for 3 hours. We couldnt sleep at all. Till this day I still wont go outside and do My normal Birthday thing with my friends. I swear it Changed my Life.
