City: Fresno

So, this happened recently. I was trying to go to sleep because it was s chool night and I had to wake up and finish homework. I heard something at my window, and got a little scared. It couldn't be trees, because we have a one story house and the nearest tree is like ten feet from my window. I decided to look at my window and there was a shadow of a man. He quickly ducked. I tried to ignore and say it was my imagination. I tried to go back to sleep and I heard it again. I decided to look in my mirror on the other side of my roo. What I saw scared me. There WAS man. It couldn't be our nieghbours because our only neighbour is a drunk and he couldn't have hopped the fence. He was scratchign and tapping on the window with his fingers. Thankfully, my mom came in just to check on me, turned on the light, and went to my bed. I faked bing asleep, and she believed it. Since then, I haven't seen the man, but I still here the rocks beneath my windowsill move...

City: Leawood

one day I was walking home from school and a man in a car pulled over and asked directions to a house that was right next door to mine. I said Oh i know where that is i live right next door and he replied I know. I thought that was a little creepy but then i just firgured my neighbors had told him that. The rest of the way home he followed me. That night i heard something beig thrown out my window, since my friends had done that before i quickly went to go see who it was. It was the man! he had a rope in his hand and he said he needed to talk to me. I quickly replied no and shut the window. What I hadn't told the man is my parents were on a buisness trip. I WAS HOME ALONE. He tried breaking in downstairs and almost got in but his leg got caught on the glass. I had quickly called the police and they got there just in time. To this day, I now never talk to strangers in cars, even for giving directions. And i asked my parents never to go to buisness trips during the week, i just get too spooked.

City: Bedford

it was last year and i was hoime alone waiting for my freind to come pick me up for the party a a lifetime.i was a little worried when he diddnt show up so i called him. when he finally picked up it wasnt him at all it was a man with a deep voice and scrachy throat. he politely said "hello" and immedeatly i knew something was wrong. of course myy freind was al right, but from know on i never call him, i let him call me

City: San Francisco

My roomates were out of town one weekend, so I was home alone. Since I was alone I had my bedroom door locked. I thought I heard something outside my room at two in the morning and didnt think anything of it. Then someone started furiously turning my bedroom door nob. Once they realized they couldnt get in they started banging on the door. I screamed I'm calling the police and as I did so they picked up the other house phone and didnt say a thing. When The police arrived they were gone.

City: west virgin

this one morning(4am) i was hiting up the local petrol statin for some gas when i saw this guy in the distance, just walking down the road. he was carring a big sack with random bulges in it. he didnt look at me and he just kept walking but about 20 mins later(i got a coffee) me and the petrol station guy saw 5 cop cars racing down the road with the siren on. anyway the next morning i saw the news and it said \\\"serial killer caught: CANNIBALISM\\\"
