City: Grandview

So I was walking home from school one day and this guy in this huge pick-up was waiting at the light and he nodded at me and I just gave him a weird look and just kept walking. Next thing I notice the guy is driving slowly behind me so I turned down this alley that no one uses but the people who lived there and he turned down it too so I ran to my house locked the whole house and the guy was in the alley behind my house for a half hour till the women that lives behind me came home. I was so scared after that my parents wouldn't let me walk home.

City: private

my younger sisters were in my living room and me and my brother wer in my room and I\'d given my sisters a scary movie to watch I knew there was a part comin up that had someon banging on a door so me and my brother snuck outside and went to the side of the house it was dark outside I dont know what time but it was late and we went to the windows at the top of my living room we stood on a pile of wood that was there to reach the windows and we waited we could see the movie inside so we were waiting for that specific part and we were gonna bang on the windows to scare my sisters. we were looking through the window wen I heard somethin I looked over to my neighbours yard and saw a shadow by the bushes but didnt think nything of it because we have a lot of stray dogs in the neighbourhood the shadow was big but I wasnt worried so I turned back to the window we were just about to start banging when all of a sudden there was a voice in my ear and it said BOO there was a man standing right behind us we were like 10 and 11 so we were short and had to stand on the wood to reach the window but he was tall and his head reached ours we screamed so loud my sister heard us inside the man just stepped back laughing but I guess he tripped or somethin cause suddenly he fell backwards he landed in a sitting position and me and my brother took off literally like marathon runners we ran screaming for the front door only my sisters who had heard our screams had gotten scared so they had locked the front door. we didnt even wait we ran across the street to the neighbours house and woke them up my parents werent home so we called my house and told my sisters to stay inside and make sure everything was locked my neighbours husband went across the street to make sure they wer ok then we called the police and they came to investigate but by the time they came he wasnt there ny more we had to give a description of him and everything i was so scared to go out in the dark for years after that and I sometimes have nightmares of this man standing there laughing psychotically

City: Republic

A house I lived next door to called "the house of mirrors" had mirrors along every wall. The family that lived there took off one night and never came back for their stuff. My friends and I wanted to know why, so we popped the screen of a broken window and went in. It was almost curfew, so we were going to go in and come right back out. But when we went in the bathroom we didn't see anything. We were headed back to the window when my friend Stephen came running and screaming out of the bathroom with his pants ripped and shards of glass stuck in his shin. We freaked. My friend Chris broke the sliding glass door and we all took off running.

City: Mexico

okay so we were at Jasmens house.. and Lacey was at work.. we had to walk downtown to get Lacey at 8:00 when she got off work.. so did that and then came back to Jasmens.. some of our other friends were getting together just to hang out because it was a friday night.. so we put out stuff up in Jasmens room and LOCKED the door and left (since her mom was gone for the night) when we came back a few hours later i went to the door and it was open but the screen door was closed, we ran down the street scared and went to our friend Mikes house.. when we got back the door was closed tight but still not locked..we got him to come and go into her house and check it all anyways.. but noone was in it.. we bearly ever go back there unless her mom is there.

City: Cuba

okay.. so we were at the one taylors house lol.. and her house is a 2 story house.. her stairs go over her computer room and they were doing something so there was a hole to the one stair in the roof and you could hear people upstairs or if there were going up or down the stairs.. so her sisters and parents had just left and we were sitting on msn waiting for our 2 other friends to come.. when all the sudden we heard someone run up the stairs. we looked at eachother and then at the hole in the roof.. we decided to go see what it was but when we looked up the stairs we didnt see anything.. we didnt know where they went or what we heard but we ran out the front door and didnt come back to the house until her family was back home.. it was the scariest thing that ever happened to me!
