last winter when i was sleeping i heard a knock and then another knock, i told my mom then it went away.y mom went to sleep. Then i heard a knock on my window. and a light was shining through the window! and there was a shadow as he looked in at me. icant forget this guys face. then i woke up. and thought it was a dream until me and my parents notice footprints in the snow the next morning. for 3 nights i kept hearing knocking noises and foot steps. until i noticed the footsteps lead to my neighbores. that day they went missing. and were never found. I will always remember that face

City: brooklyn

when i was about 13, i lived in this huge house in new jersey for the summer. one night at like 12 o clock, i had to go to the bathroom. i was half asleep and i didnt realy look at where i was going. sooner or later i got lost. all of a sudden, i saw a mans shadow. i was realy scared. then i felt a tap on my shoulder. i kicked behind me and it turned out to be a serial killer who escaped from jail 2 days earlier. when my parents herd me scream they called the police so they cought him and no one was hurt. but untill this day, i will never ever walk around any house without a light on!

City: Mississauga

My best friend and I were at my house one day in winter when I had a random idea to take a walk down my street with her, just for a fun. It was night time and it was cold outside so we weren't expecting anyone to be outside. We were near the end of the street when we heard a rooster! Crazy enough it was definatly a real one. We didn't see anyone but heard it coming from this neighbour's house. We were kinda scared so we walked back the other way as it CONTINUOUSLY made noise. We get to this house thats two doors down from mine and heard, "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! YOU HAVE A SNOWBALL! GET OUT!" we had no idea what was going on in there so we ran right to my house. The next day I took a walk to the house with the rooster sounds; turns out there was a rooster in the garage...weird thing. I still have no idea of what happened in the house 2 doors down from mine...

City: t-town

One night when I was around 13 years old I went and babysat one of my friends brothers who was about 3. About half way through the night I started to hear creaking noises coming from my friends bedroom. At the time I thought it was nothing so I continued to play with the little 3 year old. Since it was getting late i put him to bed and I fell asleep on the couch. At about 2 in the morning I woke up to see the three year old pointing upstairs, thats when I went and checked the room. When I got up there i let out a loud yell because i thought someone was in the room. I called my friend and said I didnt know you had a cardboard cutout of a guy covered in blood in your room. He replied I DONT.

City: Phoenix

Well it all started when i was about 7 when i started to fall asleep then i woke up like at midnight when i saw a man across the street with a little boy i thought it was nothing so i tried to fall back asleep. Next thing i know i heard banging somewhere, i looked up and saw the man knocking on my window i got freaked out then i ran out of the room to my parents room when i saw the same guy knocking at their window i ran to the living room and saw the little boy running off and disappearing i really got spooked out because the little boy looked like my brother that died one year ago and the man looked like my next door neighbor.
