I live in an old neihborhood by a cemtary. And alot of strange stuff happens.Alot of times I will hear random things at night. Ex. strange scratches,someone of the roof,running everywhere. Well one night I was in my room and I looked in the reflection of the mirror and there was a red globe light outside my window I turned to look and it quickly went away. Scared I ran out. I always hear what seems to be like people running around by my house. It is very scary.

City: Manchester

I don't know how to explain this story. I dont call it a story It's more like a dream, but it still happened.I was eleven years old and I would always hang outside with my friends but then everynight my sister and my cousin's and sometimes my mom would tell me real scary stories that would happen to them and which made me scared of the dark and very afraid. Well one day as I stayed home all alone and it was night time, I watched scary movies which was a dumb idea to do. So as I turned the tv off I heard a noise in the kitchen, I didn't pay any attention to it, so I went to my room left the door open and had the phone next to me if anyone called. As I went to sleep, I felt someone touched my foot and litterally grabbed it and then tried to pull it and i quickly woke up. Since my bed was next to the door I couldn't see anything in the dark so I sat on my bed and just looked at who was there. I wanted to turn the light on but it was too far. So I quickly wanted to turn it on but I had second thoughts. I did it so quickly and when i turned on the light i notice the lights switch didn't work so the only thing I could do was to cry and cry so much and I forgot I had a flashlight somewhere in my closet which was next to the switch and I opened it and found my flashlight. The scariest thing for me was to turn it on and point it to see if anyone is there. I got out of the house as quiet and fat that I could, I went to the closest neighbor and knocked on the door and very loud i knocked on his door.I noticed his car was outside but he didnt answer the door. I went out back and knocked and noticed his house was opened. Everything was so quiet. No one was in the house I yelled inside, so i went to the other neighbors then someone opened I used there phone to call my mom and my friends and when I was walkin back home I noticed my light of my room was on and my neighbors light was on too and I heard a tv playin. When I got home....someone went inside and they left a footprint on my kitchen and I called the cops, then next thing in the morning my neighbor was arrested and he was caught of other charges theft,and child porngraphy and rape.. Still to this day I cover my feet very good over my blankets and remember all the stories my sister and my cousins and mom would say. I can relate to this movie cuz in someway everyone has a story to tell and that's what this movie talks about...To me I was Shocked And Petrified I still feel like it was a long dream...but it wasn't

City: Vancouver

I was having a sleepover at my friends house one night and we had just been watching movies and normal sleepover stuff like that. We were just lying in my friends room laughing in the dark and then we heard something outside. It sounded like someone was trying to jiggle the window. It was kind of windy that night but we just figured it was the wind. About 5 minutes after we heard the noise, I heard my friend's mum scream, so we ran through to her room and some man had climbed through the window. He had one leg into the house and was sitting on the window ledge when he looked up and saw my friend's Mum in shock staring at him, which is when he quickly left. After that we had no trouble, but that guy was never caught.

City: philadelphia

one night my parents decided to go out with some friends so i invited a friend over so i wouldnt be home all alone. my friend and i were sitting on my couch watchin t.v. and all of a sudden my friend saw a shadow outside my back door shaped like a human. so wen she told me to look over no one was there n i thought she was just messin with me. but then i heard a knock on the door and i looked over and saw the shadow she was talkin about. i got so scared so i went into my kitchen and grabbed the biggest knife i own and i called the cops.while i was waitin 4 them i locked myself in a room. by the time the cops came he was nowhere to be found.from now on i cover the window one the back door and close all of the curtains every night.

City: apple valley

Our school has a dance every friday. And so this one friday when we were at the dance, we decided to stay later to hang around with our guy friends. So we were walking around outside and laughing and all of a sudden we turned around and our guy friends weren't there. So we were just like "oh well their probably just messing around w/ us. So we started looking around for them. One of my friends all of a sudden started screaming at the top of her lungs. And when we ran over there, we saw our friend named Josh knocked out w/ a hand print of blood that was smeared from the top of his forehead to the bottom of his neck.
